So I'm back to give some more well-deserved stars after my recent visit. The Egg Fu Young was just too perfect!! When I asked what type of chicken they used, the owner was very kind to ask me what type of chicken I wanted in the Egg Fu Yong, explaining that many like the grilled style since it's similar to the BBQ pork. I have always preferred the breast meat not to be the grilled sort and he was very accommodating and let me choose!! Then you have the delicious vegetables and sprouts amongst the crispy, fluffy patties and the flavorful, generous cup of gravy on the side ....I was transported back to my 1970's restaurant Cantonese style heaven experience where I marveled at the new 'exotic' flavor on my 6 year old tongue! I really only needed one of the patties, but it was so good I couldn't resist dipping into number two as I reflected back on my first time trying Chinese style food. Mmmm.
Service is very quick, attentive and friendly. Portion is HUGE... for $10 I ate more than I needed and had leftovers to boot. Read previous reviews for other items I've tried :-) -

Wow. Came here after reading the other Yelp! reviews and I wasn't disappointed.
Ever since Jade Palace in University Place closed, our family has been on the hunt for a new Chinese place.
I think we found it!
Food was great; portions were huge and service was lightening fast. -

Whenever you see a restaurant that offers multiple cuisine, I often wondered if they are good, after all, how can you focus on so many options.
So when we passed this place and decided to give it a try, we were starving, I was curious.
You have a choice of Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese food.
My partner went for Vietnamese and I went for what I thought would be a safe option, seafood combo fried rice. We ordered shrimp spring rolls and gyoza as appetizers.
To our surprise, they were both really good and fresh.
Our food came and they were all good!
Definitely a great find and highly recommending it.
The wait staff were also all very nice. -

I've been eager to try Souper Pho for several months now, so we decided to stop in for take-out. I had the veggie tofu pho, my daughter had tofu teriyaki with rice, and our third person had chicken teriyaki. My daughter and her dad both liked their dishes. They said 3-4 stars. I wasn't quite as pleased with my pho. It was okay and I am truly grateful they have a vegetarian broth!! Unfortunately, the broth was not super flavorful. I would say almost bland. It definitely needed some more spices, maybe some star anise. I had to add a bunch of stuff in order to try and get some flavor out of it. The tofu was fried. I'm not sure what the consensus is on tofu in soup, but I feel like I eat it because I am health-conscious, and that kind of takes away from it. Next time I will be sure to ask for fresh tofu. Aside from that, everything was fine. It was a Saturday night and they were very busy, so I will probably give them another try.

After trying a few pho places, this is my #1. The brisket pho is always up to par. I've order a few other things in the past and was given a large portion. I always order to go and the staff is friendly and fast!
